This session will reveal to you where your mindset is around healthy living, some of the misconceptions and how to begin to change your thinking. It will also cover what the risk factors are for poor diet and lifestyle choices.
WEEK 2 - “Low-Glycemic/Anti-Inflamatory Eating and Insulin Resistance”
When people hear and understand this concept and how easily it can be incorporated into their life, it is truly life changing……not only in your weight loss goals but in your health. (This video is highly recommended to those with diabetes who need to better understand food and how it affects the body)
WEEK 5 - “Streamline and Maximize Your Program”
We know that many of you joined this program to lose weight (which is a side effect of this program) so we have put together a 3 part session to help you maximize your program and start releasing fat!
