Rochelle Lunt

Rochelle Lunt

Rochelle Lunt was born in Arizona, but has lived the majority of her life near the beautiful mountains of Southern Utah. She married Rick Lunt in 1986, and later became the proud mother of four children. Rochelle continued her passion for health and wellness and became certified with AFFA as an instructor; certified as a Personal Trainer as well as a certified cycling instructor.

In 1998 she competed for the title of Mrs. Utah Int. with a platform entitled "Fitness in the Family." She captured that title, and also won the physical fitness award, and Mrs. Congeniality which was one of her most prized awards of all!

At the Mrs. USA pageant she became second runner up, to her room mate and Positive Change 4U founder "Mrs. Ohio" Lisa Moser. After Lisa won the title of Mrs. USA, and continued her passion for Diabetes awareness, Rochelle knew they were destined to be lifelong friends and business partners in trying to make a difference in the world!

Rochelle's pageant experience, and knowledge in the fitness arena, has made her a sought after public speaker, allowing her to give hundreds of talks, seminars and presentations to young and old alike. But her favorite vehicle for teaching has been the Positive Change 4U program.

Her life is blessed with many friends, family and the vehicle to do what her heart desires. She and her friend Lisa, are making plans to write a book in the near future.

When she got involved with Positive Change 4U she realized she not only needed to get physically healthy but mentally as well.

"I never realized how your attitude and thought process could control your life....for the negative or positive. I learned that is was up to me to decide which direction I wanted my life to go. I chose the positive and I have never looked back!"

Jo Ann Beal

Jo Ann Beal

Jo Ann’s path to healthy living began in 1977 when she became pregnant with her first child. “It made sense that to insure the health of my child, I needed to eat nutritious foods and find the right supplements that would contain the vitamins and minerals to support a growing life.” Health and fitness soon became her passion and led her to many years of reading and research, and her enrollment in the American Academy of Nutrition. She has learned a great deal about the needs and physiology to promote health and wellbeing and wants to share what she know to help others.

Her business life was extremely varied. She was a dental assistant while attending OSU, an executive secretary for a major architectural firm, the Coordinator of Race Operations for the Columbus Ford Dealers 500, and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Quantum Video Corporation. She owned my own Video Production Company (writing and producing video for companies such as Borden, Inc) and was the Director of Marketing for a process safety management company. Finally, along with her Positive Change 4 U associates, she is doing what she loves and has always wanted to do.

"Our team's goal is to become a part of your program for achieving optimal health and fitness. My involvement with our Positive Change 4 U team is to provide pertinent information in the form of news articles, interviews with industry leaders, and up-to-date research and development."

Although health and fitness have always been a way of life for Dena, she soon realized that her lack of energy and vitality, feeling overwhelmed and constantly exhausted, and having massive amounts of sense-of-humor failures, were the direct result of living an unbalanced life that she lived at laser-track speed.

After making several long-term, positive changes, both physically and professionally, Dena now lives a well-balanced life; enjoying more time with family, staying connected with friends, working in a satisfying home-based business, and laughing a lot more. She is most passionate about inspiring moms to know peace and meaning in a full life that is as healthy as possible.
When I went to my first Positive Change 4U wellness class, I knew this was something I wanted to be a part of……it was the perfect fit for me and my students.
